Patient Assessment & Treatment
- Assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide physiotherapy treatments including exercise therapy, manual therapy, mobility training, and rehabilitation programs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, posture correction, and rehabilitation techniques.
Rehabilitation & Patient Care
- Assist patients in improving movement, balance, coordination, and pain management.
- Support rehabilitation programs for neurological, orthopedic, pediatric, geriatric, and psychiatric patients as applicable.
- Encourage patient participation and motivation during therapy sessions.
- Ensure safe handling and transfer techniques during therapy.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate patient records, assessment reports, and treatment documentation.
- Prepare progress reports and discharge summaries when required.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals for patient care.
- Follow institutional policies, safety standards, and rehabilitation protocols.
- Maintain therapy equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety of the therapy area.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and departmental activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
