Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Operations Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment logistics and administrative activities, scheduling interviews, collecting interview feedback, managing candidate documentation, conducting background verification, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations by managing recruitment logistics and administrative activities.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview execution.
- Collect, track, and consolidate interview feedback from hiring managers and recruitment teams.
- Collect, verify, and maintain candidate documents to ensure compliance with hiring requirements.
- Conduct detailed background verification and employment checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Communicate proactively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and addressing queries.
- Facilitate onboarding activities for selected candidates, ensuring all pre-joining formalities are completed.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring documentation.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers in driving an efficient, organized, and positive recruitment process.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
