Job Summary
KBG Electric Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material planning for electrical panel manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement of electrical components and related materials.
- Preparing and processing Purchase Orders (POs).
- Obtaining quotations from vendors and negotiating prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Following up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinating with the Design, Production, and Project teams regarding material requirements.
- Maintaining purchase records, vendor databases, and documentation.
- Monitoring inventory levels and supporting material planning activities.
- Resolving supply-related issues to ensure uninterrupted production activities.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Any Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in Purchase or Procurement activities.
- Knowledge of electrical components and panel manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
