Requirements
- CA Inter / CA Semi-Qualified
- Prior experience in audit firm (mandatory)
- Total experience: 6–10 years (including article ship)
- Proven experience in handling financial audits of the company, including coordination with auditors
- Experience in leading and managing a team of accountants and internal audit professionals
- Hands-on exposure to international accounting standards (IFRS / Ind AS) and accounting for branches/subsidiaries
- Experience in consolidation of financial statements/books across multiple entities
- Strong understanding of unit economics and business financial drivers
- Prior experience working in organizations with an annual turnover exceeding INR 200 Crores.

- Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge
- Hands-on experience in statutory compliance and audits
- Good understanding of banking, reconciliations, and financial controls

- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
