Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor departmental budgets and control healthcare operating costs.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management.
- Support strategic business decisions through financial modeling and analysis.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage general accounting, accounts payable, receivable, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and healthcare financial regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
Revenue Cycle Management
- Oversee billing, collections, insurance claims, and payment reconciliations.
- Improve cash flow through efficient receivables management.
- Monitor TPA, insurance, and corporate billing processes.
- Ensure revenue leakage control and optimize billing accuracy.
Cost Control & Profitability
- Analyze hospital operational costs including pharmacy, consumables, diagnostics, and manpower.
- Develop cost optimization strategies without affecting patient care quality.
- Monitor profitability by department/service line.
Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure compliance with GST, income tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
- Maintain strong internal financial controls and risk management practices.
- Handle legal and regulatory financial documentation.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Manage hospital cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital.
- Monitor fund utilization and investment planning.
- Negotiate with banks and financial institutions for loans and credit facilities.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, procurement, and HR departments.
- Present financial reports and MIS dashboards to senior management and board members.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
