Cogipro Design & Construction LLP is a growing design and construction company delivering residential, commercial, industrial, and turnkey projects. We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to cost planning, estimation, procurement, and project cost control.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 1–5 years of experience in building construction. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, billing, and project cost management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Prepare tender documents and analyze quotations.
- Verify contractor bills and subcontractor payments.
- Prepare client billing and project cost reports.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, procurement, and site teams.
- Prepare material reconciliation reports.
- Evaluate rate analysis for construction items.
- Assist in procurement and vendor evaluation.
- Prepare variation statements and final accounts.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1–5 Years in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial building projects.
