Protima Ventures is a growing recruitment and workforce solutions company connecting businesses with the right talent. We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Business Development Executive to expand our corporate network and strengthen our presence across Assam.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Meet prospective clients and introduce the company's recruitment solutions.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with the internal recruitment team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare client visit reports and maintain accurate records of business interactions.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, networking events, and client visits.
- Work closely with management to achieve business development goals.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Recruitment Sales, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident in meeting clients and conducting business presentations.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
