Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quadient Engineer with expertise in Quadient Inspire Suite, including Designer, Scaler, Automation, and Interactive, to develop and manage enterprise Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in document workflow automation, Azure Cloud, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Logic Apps, Azure Functions, BlueCrest integration, REST APIs, Python, and SQL. This role focuses on designing, generating, and automating high-volume customer communications across multiple channels while integrating with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer.
- Configure and optimize Quadient Inspire Scaler for high-volume document generation.
- Develop workflow automation using Quadient Inspire Automation.
- Build interactive and personalized customer communications using Quadient Inspire Interactive.
- Design and implement enterprise Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions.
- Develop automated document generation workflows for print, email, PDF, SMS, and digital channels.
- Integrate Quadient solutions with enterprise systems using REST APIs and Azure services.
- Build data integration pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
- Implement document processing and print workflows with BlueCrest integration.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and SQL for data preparation and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather document and communication requirements.
- Optimize document generation performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
- Ensure document security, compliance, and regulatory standards are maintained.
- Participate in code reviews, solution design, testing, and Agile development activities.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and implementation best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Customer Communications Management (CCM) and document automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler, Automation, and Interactive.
- Experience integrating Quadient solutions with enterprise applications and Azure cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of document composition, workflow automation, and print management solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for automation and data processing.
- Experience working with REST APIs and cloud-based integrations.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Quadient Inspire Certification is preferred.
- Experience with BlueCrest print and document processing solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise document management and customer communication strategies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native application deployment.
- Experience working in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Utilities, or other high-volume customer communication environments.
