We are seeking enthusiastic and technically driven Civil Engineering graduates to join our project execution team as Junior Engineers. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in large-scale residential construction projects, site supervision, and quality management. The selected candidate will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure smooth execution of construction activities while adhering to the highest standards of quality, safety, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in day-to-day site execution and supervision of civil construction activities.
· Ensure construction works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and skilled labor teams.
· Track daily work progress and manpower deployment at site.
· Maintain site documentation including DPR (Daily Progress Report).
· Ensure quality standards and safety practices are followed during execution.
· Assist in site measurements and quantity verification.
Key Skills
· Understanding of construction drawings and site execution
· Basic knowledge of RCC and structural works
· Strong coordination and communication skills
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
