Role Overview;
We are looking for a dynamic Full Stack mern Developer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the MERN stack. You will be responsible for managing the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and architecture to deployment and maintenance. Since this is an urgent requirement, we are strictly looking for candidates who can join immediately.
Key Responsibilities-
Full-Cycle Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack.
Backend Engineering: Build efficient, testable, and reusable Node.js microservices and RESTful APIs.
Frontend Engineering: Create highly responsive, intuitive, and dynamic user interfaces using React.js and Redux (or Context API).
Database Management: Optimize database schemas, queries, and indexing for MongoDB to ensure high performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, while participating in rigorous code reviews.
Requirements & Technical Skills-
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer specializing in the MERN stack.
Location: Bangalore (Strictly On-site) — We are currently looking for candidates who are already based in Bangalore only.
Frontend: Deep understanding of React.js, Hooks, state management tools (Redux/Zustand), HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks (Tailwind CSS/Bootstrap).
Backend: Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.
Database: Solid experience with MongoDB (Mongoose) and a good understanding of caching tools like Redis.
Tools & Version Control: Proficient with Git/GitHub, package managers (npm/yarn), and familiarity with AWS or Docker is a big plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and strong communication abilities.
Availability: Must be available to join immidiate.
