Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain timelines and quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms within SAP environments.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to optimize code for performance in HANA systems.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools to support iterative delivery.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
