- Overseeing daily operations to ensure production targets are met.
- Managing production, quality, cost control, and overall plant performance while meeting customer-specific alloy requirements.
- Implementing melt treatment processes such as fluxing, degassing, grain refinement, and modification.
- Ensuring quality compliance as per ISO/IATF/customer standards.
- Reducing rejection through root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Coordinating preventive and predictive maintenance to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Controlling production cost through scrap reduction, energy, and consumables optimization.
- Ensuring safety, statutory, and environmental compliance.
- Leading cross-functional teams and driving skill development.
- Supporting customer audits, alloy development, and new projects.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
