A TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) Maths instructs students in grades 6–10, creating lesson plans, evaluating performance, and fostering a positive learning environment aligned with CBSE/ICSE curricula. Key duties include teaching, managing classrooms, preparing students for board exams, conducting remedial sessions, and communicating with parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruction: Deliver engaging mathematics lessons to students in grades 6-10.
- Curriculum Planning: Develop daily, weekly, and annual lesson plans that meet school curriculum standards.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Create, conduct, and grade tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Student Support: Provide remedial or extra classes for students needing additional help.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and school events.
- Technology Integration: Use smart boards or digital tools for interactive, modern teaching.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).
- Experience: Previous experience teaching secondary school mathematics.
- Skills: Strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management, effective communication, and proficiency in English.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
