Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist / Audiologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based speech and language therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, speech delay, language delay, articulation disorders, fluency disorders, voice disorders, hearing impairment, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and other communication disorders. Freshers with a passion for pediatric rehabilitation are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and hearing assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each child's needs.
- Support children with ASD, ADHD, developmental delay, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, hearing impairment, and learning disabilities.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Educate and counsel parents on home-based speech and language strategies.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, special educators, psychologists, physiotherapists, and behaviour therapists as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) – Essential
- Master of Speech Language Pathology (MASLP) – Preferred
- Valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
