Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hiring for various contract roles across India.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting contract hiring in Direct client staffing for India
- A minimum 3 years' experience supporting contract hiring in client staffing in India.
- Helps support the company's overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, and employee referrals.
- Responsible for learning and executing WWT recruitment and staffing initiatives

Summary:
The recruiter will act as a team player within the Global Resource Management team. Responsible for managing the contract positions hiring full recruitment life cycle for clients based out of India & other regions. Build and maintain relationships with resource managers, working closely with them to expand and sustain India's regional business. Follow the set process and best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with resource managers to fulfill business needs.
- Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within the company's applicant tracking tool - Bullhorn.
- Attend cadence calls to ensure the candidates are moving through the process
- Coordinates and conducts prescreening and technical interviews with resource managers.
- Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates
- Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
- Establishes and maintains relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings
- Meets management/ leadership objectives and requirements as assigned throughout the year
- Requires individual to be a team player within the Global Resourcing team.
- Flexible to stretch and work as needed
