PNT Robotics & Automation Solutions LLP is a fast-growing company specializing in robotics training, automation solutions, and educational programs. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to help expand our reach and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
● Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → follow-ups → deal closure
● Work on timely conversion of leads into business opportunities
● Generate leads through calls, field visits, and digital platforms
● Build relationships with colleges, institutions, and clients
● Plan and execute strategies to maximize conversions and revenue
● Lead and guide sales interns/juniors, ensuring team productivity
● Monitor team performance and support them in achieving targets
Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing (target-based role)
● Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Ability to manage and motivate a small sales team
● Comfortable with field work and follow-ups
● Experience in education, training, or tech industry is a plus
● Basic understanding of CRM tools is an advantage
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
