The Landscaping Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all landscaping, gardening, and groundskeeping activities across the institution's campus. The role includes supervising ground staff and gardeners, maintaining lawns, gardens, plantations, and green spaces, ensuring the upkeep of horticultural equipment and tools, and ensuring that the campus grounds are safe, clean, and aesthetically maintained at all times.
Ensure regular maintenance of lawns, hedges, flower beds, plantations, and green spaces.
Supervise, train, and allocate daily tasks to gardeners, groundskeepers, and landscaping staff.
Coordinate with vendors, nurseries, and contractors for procurement of plants, saplings, and landscaping materials.
Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and safe usage of gardening tools, machinery, and irrigation systems.
Maintain inventory records of plants, seeds, fertilizers, tools, and other landscaping supplies.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Design, or a related field from a recognized Statutory University;
Minimum 5 years of experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
