Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a friendly and positive customer experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain chat records and follow company guidelines.

- Good written communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
