Project Manager – Civil
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Civil to manage construction projects from planning and execution through to final handover.
The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within the approved budget, and according to required quality and safety standards, while effectively coordinating project teams, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost schedules.
- Track actual expenditure against planned costs and take corrective action where required.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure progress as per the approved project schedule.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, execution teams, site engineers, workers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and identify potential delays.
- Lead and coordinate project teams and subcontractors to achieve project deadlines.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to minimize project delays.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of construction.
- Monitor and minimize rework arising from quality issues.
- Provide regular project progress updates to management and clients.
- Identify project risks, delays, and budget concerns and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure successful project completion and timely, defect-free client handover.

- Accuracy of cost percentage tracking against actual project progress.

- Average time taken to resolve site-related issues.

Candidate Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant construction-related qualification.
- Relevant experience in construction project management and site execution.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Experience in coordinating site engineers, workers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage project deadlines and resolve site-level challenges effectively.
- Good understanding of construction quality and safety standards.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
