Designation: Executive – Sales Backend operations

Reports to : Head – Sales Strategy & Operations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team.
- Address and resolve queries and issues raised by the sales team in a timely manner.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the sales team and other departments.
- Identify, address, and resolve discrepancies in payment records.
- Prepare and circulate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
- Learn, adapt to, and effectively use the CRM system to input and track sales data.
- Facilitate coordination between the sales team and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the sales team conducts stock audits on a weekly and monthly basis.
Desired Profile
- Any graduate with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales back-end operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in English, Odia, and Hindi.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced Excel.
