Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning activities for young learners.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children’s academic, social, emotional, and overall development.
- Observe and track students’ learning and progress.
- Communicate with parents and work collaboratively with the school team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Early Years teaching.
- Experience with the Cambridge Curriculum will be preferred.
- Good communication, classroom management, patience, and creativity.
- Passion for working with young children.
