Full Stack Developer
Experience: 4–7 Years
Job Summary
We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain scalable applications across frontend and backend systems, focusing on clean code, performance, and AI-assisted development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full stack applications
- Build REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Develop UI using React.js, Redux, Hooks, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Implement responsive and mobile-first designs
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with designers and backend teams
- Debug and optimize application performance
- Participate in code reviews and Agile processes
- Work with Git and version control systems
- Use AI tools to assist development, debugging, and testing
- Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps workflows
Required Skills & Experience
Frontend
- React.js, Redux, Hooks
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Responsive design
- Testing: Jest, React Testing Library
Backend
- Java, Spring Boot

- Strong Data Structures & Algorithms

AI / Modern Engineering
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
- Understanding of how AI improves development workflows
Bachelor or Master's Degree
4-7 years of experience
