Job Description
We are looking for a Web Developer who can take ownership of website development, landing pages, funnels, integrations, hosting/server management, and website performance.
The ideal candidate should think beyond development and understand the business objective, user journey, marketing requirements, and technical outcome before implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, fast, scalable, and SEO-friendly websites.
- Build corporate, e-commerce, landing pages, and lead-generation websites.
- Strong understanding of website architecture, navigation, content structure, and UX.
- Develop high-converting landing pages for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand lead-generation funnels, CTAs, forms, conversion journeys, and tracking.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, themes, plugins, troubleshooting, migrations, and integrations.
- Handle APIs, CRM, WhatsApp, payment gateways, analytics, and third-party integrations.
- Manage domains, DNS, hosting, cPanel/Plesk, SSL, FTP/SFTP, MySQL, PHP, backups, and migrations.
- Independently troubleshoot server errors, downtime, website issues, and basic security concerns.
- Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, caching, CDN, and overall performance.
- Implement technical SEO basics including URLs, redirects, schema, sitemap, robots.txt, canonicals, and heading structure.
- Work closely with SEO, content, marketing, and performance marketing teams.
- Manage multiple websites/projects and take complete ownership of assigned tasks.

- Plugins, integrations, and landing pages handled
- Technical challenges and how you solved them
Candidates without a relevant portfolio will not be shortlisted.
Experience
3+ years of relevant Web Development experience required. Digital marketing agency experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
