Matoshree Interiors invites applications for the position of Purchase Manager for our Interior & Construction Projects.
We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and result-oriented professional who can efficiently handle procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material management for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling complete purchase and procurement activities for projects
- Sourcing materials, equipment, and services at competitive rates
- Obtaining and comparing quotations from suppliers and vendors
- Negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Preparing Purchase Orders (PO) and maintaining records
- Coordinating with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and Accounts Department
- Monitoring material delivery status and ensuring timely supply
- Developing and maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Maintaining stock and inventory coordination
- Ensuring quality, quantity, and cost control of purchased materials
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in Construction / Interior / Civil Purchase preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of vendors, market rates, and procurement procedures
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, documentation, and reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendors/Preferred Candidate:
- Experienced in handling construction material procurement
- Organized, sincere, and capable of handling pressure situations
- Immediate joining preferred
