Job Summary
We are looking for CNC Programmers / Operators with hands-on experience in CNC machine operation, setup, programming, tool setting, and precision machining. Candidates should be able to read engineering drawings, set machine parameters, operate CNC machines, inspect components, and troubleshoot basic machining issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up CNC Lathe, VMC, HMC, and other CNC machines.
- Prepare, modify, and run CNC programs using G-code / M-code.
- Perform tool setting, work offset setting, and parameter adjustments.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and machining dimensions.
- Select suitable cutting tools, inserts, speeds, and feeds.
- Monitor machining and make corrections for dimensional accuracy.
- Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
- Identify tool wear, dimensional errors, and basic machine problems.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and tool replacement.
- Maintain production and inspection records.
