ABOUT THE ROLE
The commercial driver of Phase 1. You will build relationships with hospitals and close the anchor partnerships that get HealthOS live — and lead the field team that deploys it.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, approach and build relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories and pharmacies.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation and close.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, with support from the domain and technical teams.
- Achieve the Phase 1 target of onboarding the five anchor hospitals.
- Coordinate the field-agent team for on-site activities and follow-ups.
- Maintain an accurate CRM / pipeline and report on progress.
- Channel market and customer feedback back to the product team.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, medical devices or pharma.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented, comfortable owning numbers.
- Local market knowledge of Guwahati / Assam, with a healthcare network a strong advantage.
PREFERRED
- Experience selling to hospital decision-makers.
- Prior health-tech or hospital-software sales.

Pay: ₹240,092.06 - ₹300,000.29 per month
