Job Title: Content Creator & Influencer Marketing Executive
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Content Creator & Influencer Marketing Executive to develop engaging content and manage influencer collaborations. This role blends storytelling, social media expertise, and partnership management to grow brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Produce videos, reels, graphics, blogs, and captions aligned with brand voice
- Stay updated with content trends and platform algorithms
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for campaigns
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and research relevant influencers aligned with brand goals
- Reach out, negotiate, and build long-term influencer relationships
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns
- Manage contracts, deliverables, and timelines
Campaign Management & Analytics
- Track campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)
- Analyze influencer effectiveness and content performance
- Optimize campaigns based on insights and data
Brand Strategy & Growth
- Contribute to social media and content strategy
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels
- Monitor competitors and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in content creation or influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Basic photo/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of tools like Google Analytics or social insights
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with influencers or agencies
- Familiarity with influencer platforms/tools
- On-camera presence or personal content portfolio
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Should know Tamil& Eng ( Read and write / speak )
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
