Job Title: RO Technician Department: Service & Maintenance Employment Type: Full-Time Job Location: Jamshedpur Job Type: Field Work Industry: Water Purification / Home Appliances / Service & Maintenance Salary: ₹7,500 per month + Attractive Incentives + Fuel Expenses Experience: 1–3 years preferred Education: 10th / 12th Pass or equivalent Job Summary Anjaneya & Company is looking for a skilled and responsible RO Technician to handle installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of KENT RO water purifiers. The candidate should have good technical knowledge of RO systems and be comfortable travelling to customer locations to attend service requirements. Key Responsibilities - Install and commission KENT RO water purifiers at customer locations. - Diagnose and troubleshoot RO purifier issues. - Perform regular servicing and preventive maintenance. - Replace filters, membranes, pumps, SMPS, valves, pipes, and other RO components as required. - Check water quality and RO system performance. - Identify technical faults and provide appropriate solutions. - Attend customer service requests within the assigned area. - Maintain proper records of service visits, repairs, and replaced parts. - Explain basic usage and maintenance of the RO system to customers. - Ensure customer satisfaction and professional service during every visit. - Follow company safety and service standards. Required Skills - Good knowledge of RO water purifier systems. - Hands-on experience in RO installation and repair. - Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components. - Good communication and customer-handling skills. - Ability to travel to customer locations. - Valid two-wheeler and driving licence. Eligibility - 10th / 12th Pass or ITI preferred. - Prior experience as an RO Technician / Water Purifier Technician / KENT Technician is preferred. - Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
