Job Title: Service Advisor (Delivery Executive)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and customer-friendly Service Advisor for our automobile showroom. The candidate will assist customers during vehicle handover, explain vehicle features and documents, coordinate with departments, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers during vehicle handover
- Explain basic vehicle features and functions
- Coordinate registration, accessories, and delivery formalities
- Ensure proper documentation and customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups
- Support showroom operations as required
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic automobile knowledge preferred
- Smart personality and customer handling ability
- Freshers can also apply
- 4 Wheeler DL is mandatory
Location: Agarpara, Kolkata
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
