Key Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective students and parents by providing information about academic programs and courses.
- Handle outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective students regarding admissions and course offerings.
- Understand and explain the institution's courses, admission process, fees, and career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and follow-up activities.
- Follow up with prospective students to guide them through the admission process.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance counselling, communication, and student engagement skills.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents to support enrollment objectives.
- Assist in achieving admission and enrollment targets under the guidance of the senior team.
Key Skills:
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and confidence
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
