General Manager – Sales (Real Estate)
Role Summary:
Lead sales operations for a reputed real estate developer, drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, manage key client relationships, and lead high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Achieve sales and collection targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor sales teams.
- Manage channel partners, brokers, and key accounts.
- Drive lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, finance, and project teams.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
