Key Responsibilities Lead Research & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential clients based on target market criteria.
- Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and online databases.
- Verify contact information including decision-makers, emails, phone numbers, and company details.
- Segment prospects based on industry, company size, geography, and business needs.
Sales Intelligence & Market Research
- Conduct company profiling and competitive analysis.
- Research industry trends, market opportunities, and customer pain points.
- Identify triggers such as funding announcements, expansions, leadership changes, or acquisitions that create sales opportunities.
- Prepare prospect briefs for the sales team before outreach.
Appointment Setting Support
- Develop targeted prospect lists for appointment setters.
- Assist in creating personalized outreach strategies.
- Track prospect engagement and update CRM systems.
- Support follow-up campaigns and nurture activities.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Ensure lead data quality and completeness.
- Generate reports on lead generation activities and campaign performance.
Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams.
- Participate in sales strategy discussions and campaign planning.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales research, appointment setting, or business development support.
- Strong internet research and data analysis skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- B2B sales and prospecting experience min 1 year.
- Knowledge of healthcare, technology, SaaS, or senior care industries.
- Experience with email outreach tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification frameworks
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated per month.
- Accuracy of prospect data.
- Number of appointments booked from researched leads.
- Lead-to-appointment conversion rate.
- CRM data quality score.
- Sales team satisfaction with lead quality.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
