Senior Performance Marketing Executive
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital advertising, lead generation strategies, campaign optimization, and performance analysis across multiple online platforms.
The candidate will play a key role in driving admissions and business growth through data-driven marketing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop lead generation strategies focused on admissions, conversions, and business growth.
- Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting for maximum ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the creative, content, and design teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
- Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversion performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm updates in digital marketing platforms.
- Support branding and promotional activities for online and offline educational programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of PPC advertising, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of lead funnel management and audience targeting strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to independently manage and scale multiple campaigns.
