Candidates must be :-
- 8+ years of experience directly building and working with Tableau.
- Expert at creating Tableau dashboards and managing data sources.
- Good SQL skills for querying and handling data.
- Comfortable with Tableau Server tasks (publishing reports, setting up schedules, managing user permissions, and fixing broken data refreshes).
- Familiar with cloud tech and data warehouses like AWS, Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
- Strong communication skills, both speaking and writing.
- Adaptable enough to work with new, unfamiliar data and follow team directions easily.
- Ready to work a night shift that matches US Eastern Time (ET).
Preffered Experience :-
- Managing Tableau Server tasks and administration.
- Connecting Tableau to cloud-based data sources using basic AWS knowledge.
- Speeding up and optimizing Tableau data extracts for better performance.
- Working in support teams that directly help clients or handle managed IT services.
- Familiarity with major enterprise systems like Tableau Cloud, MuleSoft, or Salesforce.
- This is a platform support role, not a pure dashboard creation (development) job.
- Key duties include fixing data connection errors, resolving broken refreshes, and being the main contact for technical issues.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
