Job Description
- Good working knowledge of software, applications, and IT systems relevant to the role.
- Proficient in operating and troubleshooting basic software and computer applications.
- Ability to use hospital information systems (HIS), MS Office, email, and other relevant digital tools.
- Ability to identify and resolve routine software/application-related issues or coordinate with the IT team for resolution.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software, applications, and technology as required.
