BIOTECHNOLOGY EXECUTIVE – ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Minimum 1–5 years of progressive experience in biotechnology research and development, product development, process development, or biopharmaceutical/cosmetic biotechnology industries.
- Executive Summary: Lead biotechnology R&D, current TFH liposomal encapsulation projects, and future plant-derived exosome research while managing innovation, quality, and commercialization.
- Lead R&D strategy and innovation
- Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration programs.
- Manage biotech labs (GLP & biosafety).
- Lead R&D on Liposomal Encapsulation using the Thin Film Hydration (TFH) method
- Optimize formulation, characterization, stability and documentation.
- Develop upstream/downstream bioprocesses.
- Lead future plant-derived exosome platform development.
- Ensure GMP/ISO documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and technology transfer.
- Executive leadership and strategic planning
- Report project status to senior management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
