- Perform professional spa treatments including body massages, facials, body scrubs, and wellness therapies.
- Assess guests' needs and recommend suitable treatments and spa packages.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and linens are clean, sanitized, and prepared before every session.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest confidentiality.
- Explain treatment procedures and provide aftercare recommendations.
- Promote and upsell spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products.
- Monitor inventory of spa products and report replenishment requirements. Coordinate with the front office for appointment scheduling and guest requests.
