Video Editor – Luxury Beauty
Experience: 1–2 years
Location: Alwarpet, Chennai
We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Video Editor with a strong eye for luxury beauty, premium aesthetics, and social-first content.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit Reels, Meta ads, Shorts, UGC, influencer & founder content.
- Create premium edits with strong hooks, pacing, typography, transitions, motion graphics & sound design.
- Edit product videos: swatches, textures, application, before/after & explainers.
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form videos.
- Create ad variations for A/B testing and performance.
- Use AI tools to speed up editing and content creation.
- Stay updated with beauty, fashion, UGC & social trends.
- Maintain organised project files, assets, templates & footage.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional editing experience + strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, VN or similar.
- Strong skills in motion graphics, typography, colour correction, captions & sound design.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT, Canva AI & CapCut AI.
- Understanding of hooks, retention, watch time, CTAs & conversions.
- Beauty/fashion/skincare/D2C experience is a plus.
Good to Have
- Performance ad & A/B testing experience.
- Basic 3D knowledge.
- Basic product-shooting, lighting & audio skills.
- Experience making UGC feel premium yet authentic.
