Key Responsibilities
Social Media Handling (Organic)
- Manage daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create captions, hashtags, stories, reels, and basic creatives
- Schedule posts and maintain content consistency
- Reply to comments and messages professionally
Free / Organic Marketing Activities
- Promote brand through organic social media growth
- Participate in relevant online groups, communities, and forums
- Do page engagement, collaborations, and cross-posting
- Use trending topics and formats to increase reach (no paid boosts)
Content & Branding
- Assist in planning monthly content calendars
- Coordinate with designers or use tools like Canva
- Ensure brand tone and messaging are consistent
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track engagement, follower growth, and reach
- Prepare simple weekly/monthly performance reports
- Suggest improvements for better organic growth
What This Role Does NOT Include
- Paid advertisements
- Marketing campaigns
- Google Ads / Meta Ads
- Influencer paid promotions
