We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team in Banaswadi. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and Hindi, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers plan their travel experiences.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Assist clients with domestic and international travel packages
- Provide accurate information about tour itineraries, hotel bookings, flights, and visa support
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth travel arrangements
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills
- Friendly, professional, and well-organized personality
- Prior experience in travel sales/customer service is an advantage, but freshers with good communication skills can also apply
