ADMIN & LEGAL MANAGER
1. Administrative Management
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the institution.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all branches and departments.
- Monitor office administration, facilities, and infrastructure management.
- Ensure availability of office supplies, equipment, and resources.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance agencies.
- Maintain administrative records, registers, and documentation.
- Ensure proper upkeep of office premises and institutional facilities.
2. Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Implement and monitor organizational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and operational standards.
- Review administrative processes and recommend improvements.
- Maintain compliance with institutional guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews and audits.
- Ensure departments adhere to approved SOPs and policies.
3. Legal Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor legal obligations related to labor laws, educational regulations, contracts, and licensing.
- Maintain records of statutory registrations, licenses, and certifications.
- Coordinate renewal of licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals.
- Ensure timely submission of legal and statutory documents.
4. Contract & Documentation Management
- Draft, review, and maintain agreements, contracts, MOUs, and legal documents.
- Verify contractual obligations and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate execution and renewal of contracts with vendors, consultants, and partners.
- Maintain a centralized repository of legal and administrative documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and record retention practices.
5. Employee Administration Support
- Coordinate with HR regarding employee documentation and compliance.
- Verify employee records and statutory requirements.
- Support onboarding, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and legal records.
- Monitor compliance with employment agreements and company policies.
6. Risk Management & Legal Advisory
- Identify legal and operational risks affecting the institution.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to minimize risks.
- Provide guidance to management on legal and compliance matters.
- Review business decisions from a legal and regulatory perspective.
- Ensure organizational activities are conducted within legal boundaries.
7. Dispute Resolution & Legal Coordination
- Coordinate with legal consultants, advocates, and government authorities.
- Handle legal notices, complaints, and regulatory communications.
- Assist in resolving disputes involving employees, students, vendors, or external parties.
- Prepare responses and supporting documentation for legal matters.
- Maintain records of ongoing legal cases and proceedings.
8. Asset & Infrastructure Administration
- Monitor institutional assets and administrative resources.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of assets.
- Verify asset records and inventory documentation.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and infrastructure improvements.
- Ensure safety and security measures are implemented across facilities.
9. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare administrative and legal compliance reports.
- Maintain records of contracts, licenses, approvals, and legal communications.
- Submit periodic reports to management regarding compliance status.
- Monitor pending legal and administrative actions.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all reports and records.
10. Government & Regulatory Liaison
- Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with inspections, audits, and statutory requirements.
- Facilitate approvals, registrations, and official communications.
- Maintain professional relationships with external authorities.
- Represent the institution in administrative and compliance-related matters when authorized.
11. Confidentiality & Professional Conduct
- Maintain strict confidentiality of institutional, legal, and employee information.
- Ensure ethical conduct in all administrative and legal activities.
- Protect organizational interests in all official dealings.
- Demonstrate professionalism in communication and decision-making.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
