About the Role
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and people-oriented professional who loves interacting with children and parents.
Your primary responsibility will be to convert enquiries into admissions by building trust, understanding each family's needs, and helping them choose the right programs and activities offered at PosiTots.
This role combines customer service, relationship building, and sales. If you enjoy talking to people and have the ability to turn conversations into happy customers, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Respond promptly to new enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups
- Welcome walk-in families and give them a warm, professional experience
- Understand each child's needs and recommend suitable programs, events, and activities
- Explain our classes, memberships, events, and offerings with confidence
- Convert enquiries into admissions by building trust and addressing parents' questions
- Maintain enquiry records and update follow-up status regularly
- Coordinate with the centre team for admissions and onboarding
- Build strong relationships with parents to encourage repeat participation and referrals
- Support promotional events, workshops, and open houses whenever required
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi communication skills
- Friendly, confident, and positive personality
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Passion for working with children and interacting with families
- Good listening and convincing abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Well-organized and comfortable using computers, email, WhatsApp, and MS Office
- Professional appearance and pleasant personality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in admissions, counselling, sales, customer relationship management, hospitality, retail, or front office roles
- Experience working with schools, preschools, activity centres, or educational institutions is an added advantage
- Experience in customer-facing sales roles

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
