About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic and self-driven Growth & Partnerships Intern to help build early traction for Repeak, a fast-growing sport-tech platform.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, driving partnerships, and working in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard athletes, runners, fitness enthusiasts, and early adopters onto the platform
- Drive app downloads and user engagement through targeted outreach
- Build partnerships with running clubs, gyms, fitness studios, coaches, trainers, sports academies, and communities
- Reach out to corporates, colleges, and sports groups for onboarding opportunities
- Conduct demo sessions, trial runs, and on-ground activations
- Represent Repeak within sports and fitness communities
- Convert leads and conversations into active users
- Track onboarding funnels and improve user conversion
- Gather market insights, user feedback, and competitor information
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with field work, pitching, and relationship building
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Interest in sports, fitness, or performance-based communities
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, business development, marketing, or campus ambassador roles
- Existing network within sports, fitness, or running communities
- Understanding of partnerships, user growth, and community building
