Call Audit Executive-Hindi
Location: Edappally, Kerala
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Fluent in Hindi and English with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience: Fresher's /Experienced in customer support
Salary: ₹25,000CTC
Responsibilities
- Audit customer interactions to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Evaluate call quality, accuracy, and adherence to process standards.
- Evaluate calls against quality and compliance standards.
- Identify performance gaps and provide feedback.
- Recommend process and service quality improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi and English (Mandatory).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
