Role: Poduction Floor Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily production activities for wooden products and swings.
- Check raw material (wood, fittings, etc.) before production.
- Supervise carpenters and production workers.
- Monitor quality during production and conduct final QC.
- Ensure finishing, quality standards, and timely production.
- Manage production floor and coordinate with the team.
Requirements:
- Experience in woodwork/furniture/swing manufacturing.
- Experience handling carpenters and other semi skilled/skilled workers.
- Good knowledge of production and quality checking.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
