Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Admin to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
Administrative Support:
- Maintain office records, files, and documents
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders
Office Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance staff
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and office areas
- Support HR and management in daily administrative tasks
Communication:
- Respond to emails and inquiries promptly
- Coordinate internal communication between departments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or admin role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
