- Responsible for overseeing loan portfolios, enforcing compliance, and maximizing debt recovery, with Team Leads focusing on daily agent performance and training,
- And Managers focusing on strategic planning and portfolio-level outcomes.
- Key requirements include 3+ years in collections,
- strong negotiation skills, and DRA certification.
- Supervise and motivate a team of collectors/field officers to meet daily/monthly recovery targets and resolve customer queries.
- Monitor daily performance and provide coaching/training to agents.
- Implement collection strategies and monitor, skip-tracing, and field visits.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Handle escalated customer issues and negotiate repayment solutions.
- Generate and analyze performance reports (MIS).
