Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Delivery: Design and deliver innovative, concept-based Chemistry lessons to middle and senior secondary students.
- Exam Preparation: Prepare students for board exams (such as CBSE) and competitive entrance examinations by aligning lessons with the required curriculum.
- Practical Learning: Effectively conduct chemistry experiments and lab sessions to enhance hands-on learning.
- Collaboration: Actively participate in academic planning with the science department and collaborate with the broader teaching team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A Master's degree in Chemistry or a related science field is preferred, along with a B.Ed. for teaching senior secondary grades.
- Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 2+ years of teaching experience, particularly handling students in Grades VI to XII.
- Skills: Strong subject matter expertise, in-depth understanding of modern pedagogical techniques, and excellent communication skills.
- Values: Ability to blend modern educational practices with traditional values.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
