About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Aptitude Trainer to help students improve their quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and problem-solving skills. The trainer will be responsible for preparing students for campus placements and competitive examinations by delivering engaging training sessions and tracking student progress.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and online training sessions on:
Quantitative Aptitude
Logical Reasoning
Verbal Ability
Data Interpretation
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Prepare students for campus recruitment drives and aptitude assessments.
Develop lesson plans, training modules, practice questions, and mock tests.
Conduct regular assessments and analyze student performance.
Provide personalized mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions.
Track attendance, progress, and placement readiness of students.
Collaborate with placement teams and academic stakeholders to align training with industry requirements.
Stay updated with the latest aptitude patterns followed by leading companies.
Required Skills
Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience in creating aptitude questions and mock assessments is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
