Job Title: Parent Relationship Officer (PRO)

Job Summary:
The Parent Relationship Officer (PRO) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships between the school and parents. This role ensures effective communication, addresses parent concerns, and enhances overall parent satisfaction and engagement with the school.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Parent Interaction & Relationship Management
- Act as the first point of contact for parents for queries, concerns, and feedback
- Build positive and professional relationships with parents
- Ensure a welcoming and supportive front office environment
2. Communication Management
- Coordinate and share timely updates regarding school activities, events, and circulars
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person queries from parents
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
3. Issue Resolution & Escalation
- Address parent concerns promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with teachers, coordinators, and management for resolution
- Escalate critical issues to the concerned authorities when required
4. Admission & Onboarding Support
- Assist prospective parents with admission-related queries
- Provide information about school programs, policies, and facilities
- Support the admission process and documentation
5. Data & Record Management
- Maintain records of parent interactions and feedback
- Update and manage student/parent databases
- Track and follow up on pending concerns or requests
- Candidates should have working experience with SAT and UDISE (CBSE) portals.
6. Event Coordination
- Support in organizing Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), orientations, and school events
- Ensure smooth coordination and parent participation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service / front office / school administration
- Excellent communication skills (English, Kannada, Hindi preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
